Yes I mean on the chess.com app. I am an absolute beginner playing chess for 2 weeks and won 1 game in level 4. Want to know which rating this equals and is 10 then grandmaster level?
There is not a single officially rated engine in the world. All those numbers are applied the developers and NOT based on anything other than their opinion.
The app computer ratings at the different levels are (supposedly): 1: 400 2: 600 3: 800 4: 1000 5: 1200 6: 1400 7: 1600 8: 1800 9: 2000 10: 2600
