When I look at the ratings of the people you play, your best win, and your live chess ratings (where there is no time outs) I'd guess you'd be more around 1850 CC, but that's just me.
By all accounts this game should have been drawn a few times. I offered a few draws and my opponent wanted to play it out. Later he had a few opportunities to force a draw but did not. I had a few chances to force a draw. Still no!
A few inaccuracies on each side keep the game interesting. Unfortunately there was a blunder towards the end that prevented the honorable draw. Anyways, here it is
