Honestly I think black had ok winning chances, but still it looks like a tough grind.  I would have taken the draw from either side (I'm not sure which side you were on?).  There would be nothing wrong with playing it out as black, but nothing wrong with accepting a draw either.  If you were white you should grin ear to ear and accept.

How is white in a better position - he's a pawn down flat and his protected passer doesn't have a chance in **** of promotion.- blacks knight and bishop will be well placed, honestly I see no winning chances for white.

Seriously Bf6 - Ne8/Nd6/Nc5 (also blocking c pawn support), or if you can't get to c5, Rh8/h5 leads to gxh5/Nf5 or hxg4/hxg4  giving black a file.  Blacks rooks are ok as well.  I don't know what the computer analysis is smoking that it thinks white has more then a pawns worth of positional compensation.  Honestly looking at this I can't see a way for black to win but I wouldn't be suprised if there was one.

O sorry just kidding i feel like an idiot. I set up the board wrong there are supposed to be two white pawns in front of the black pawns. I'm so sorry.
