I kept offering a draw in a rook pawn end game but my opponent kept declining. I found this annoying because I was running out of time( the differential was about a minute) and didn’t feel like playing it to my eventual demise due to time so I resigned. Is it disrespectful to do this or is it okay to just wait for someone else to run out of time in the position, but i’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt. Is this position a draw or is it winnable for white with without any serious blunders from black.
