Drawn position?

My opponent (black) resigned here, just after I played the knight fork.  Having tried to finish it against the computer a couple of times, I can't see how to translate into a win after - ..Be7

Nxg5+.. Kf4

so the knight is chased away and the enemy king gets his kill.  Then there's no way to stop the bishop's glorious martyrdom against the heroic final pawn.

Am I missing the path to victory, or is the position really drawn?

No, the knight came from h6.

Full game if you're interested, a few blunders from each side on the way to the endgame, and I missed an obvious move at 15.  I actually offered a draw after the rook exchange around move 36.

62...Bd7 63.Nxg5 at this point the opponent has a choice, capture the knight leads to (63... Bxg5 64.Kxg5 after this, your h pawn has clear shot to back rank) or not capturing your knight, after which you just need to be careful to advance your h pawn without getting it captured, though he probably will take your g pawn in this variation.
