Dutch defence Problem

I was reading the chapter on the Dutch Defence in "Batsford Modern Chess Openings" by Nick De Firmian. I played through this board on page 499, Ilyin-Zhenevsky Variation. The next book move by black is Nc6 which I don't understand when whites rook looks to be en prise. Does anyone have any idea why black can't take the rook?

Nd4 looks to trap the queen.  Just one of those things that is hard for most to spot unless you know to look for it.
