I watched your video and you went straight for the review button. Ouch. Right next to the "review button" is the "info button", go to "info" first, place some beginning ELO's in there. then go to the review button and you will find the analysis occurs and has changed the ELO's up or down from the first rating.
Hope this helps. another method, A PGN file could have ELO's mentioned in the file and then the review analysis would work and give new ELO's on that one game played.
I believe I know why they stopped. If you place a grandmaster vs grandmaster pgn file in. Then enter "info" with Grandmaster ELO 1200 vs Grandmaster ELO 1500, then from that data the ELO changes not to grandmaster ratings but low , very low beginner ELO's.
