A useful technique the moment tactics raise their head is not to first calculate variations but do a board check of what is hanging on both sides.
That is the situation after 19. Nf3
You should not start your thoughts with d5xe4 or Nf6xe4.
No what you should do is an undefended check.
Black has nothing undefended (knight defending queen and so on)
White has b2 and f4 undefended.
Another technique is pretend your move is actually pass, what does your opponent do, well here it is the e5 fork.
Either of those two methods would have found Bxf4

This is the problem with blitz chess, you do not have the time for those two simple strengthening techniques.
