Is the excellent move in the analysis means is the best computer/machine move? or just an excellent move?

The moves highlighted in green on the analysis are best moves according to the computer. The moves that are shown as black are excellent (or forced) moves that are however not the best according to computer. Forced moves are obviously still considered best moves, even though they shown as black on analysis.
