I thought you had to be in a position 3 straight times to call the game a draw. Anyway, nice game considering the pieces you had to work with.

You can call a draw at any time, in this case it was obvious I could force perpetual check.
My guess is he did not call a draw, he requested a draw and his opponent accepted.
Obviously I'm not the strongest player yet, just wanted to see what anyone thought of this game
