was a game that took place in the third round of a local tourney.The time control was 110 minutes (1:50) I made a mistake towards the end game and dropped a important pawn. Was hoping for some advice and help from you guys :  Was black

I dont know why you would resign if he played 29. Qc7, but you did miss 30...Qb1+ winning his rook.

So in summary, I thought you played the opening really solidly, and if I were to deduce anything from this one game it would be that you should be working mostly on general planning and tactics (missing Qb1+ is enough the know you need to be working on tactics). For planning I think one of Jeremy Silman's books would be really good for you. Probably "The Amateur's Mind".
EDIT: Actually ignore 22.Red1, I didn't see that it would be leaving e5 hanging.
