It is marginal as either way white is better. But if you give up the queen at least you keep the 2 bishops vs the white queen - worse but still a little tricky to convert. If you take the other line you are just going to be down a minor piece which is much simpler and you are also losing tempo, the rook must move away from c8, the white Knight is maybe coming to e4. Might as well make the position messy if you are going to be worse anyway.

I need some help for a better understanding of this position.
Black to move. Why Qxf3, giving up a Queen for a knight and a bishop is better than saving the queen on Qf5 and accepting that white is winning the hanging bishop on b7?
