How could I have converted this draw into a win?

The game ended in a draw. I don't know at which move I went wrong. I thought I had a winning pawn structure, and after I had pinned the bishop to the king, I thought I would promote by b pawn. But things did not go the way I thought they would, and black threatened mate after sacrificing his rook on h2, so I had to draw the game by repetition.

Thus, I needed to know which move could I have played better to improve my position.

Thank you!

Move reason:
9. Qe2 to add extra defence to e4 pawn in case there is deflection of light squared bishop.
18. c4 Anticipating queen side castle of black and thus starting a pawn storm on that side.
25. f3 adding the much needed protection to both pawns.
32. Ra7 pins the bishop (which attacked the a5 pawn) and allows the queen to be moved freely (which defended the a5 pawn)
35. g3 blocking the dark squared bishop whose position was very threatening after rook sacrifice on c1 and then Qc1.
42. Kh3 so that this: Rxh2, Nxh2, Qxh2# is prevented.

Had you applied Game Theory you would have won.

35 f4 looks like it does the trick (if 35... ef 36 Qb7).

You mean Qxb7, right? That indeed looks like a good idea. After that, I would bring my queen back into the battle, or perhaps threaten mate with Ra8. I don't know why I didn't think of it that time :(

Thanks for your reply!

And can you tell me how would I have applied it?

@HueyWilliams Ah! Didn't see that. So, why couldn't I capture on b6, instead of moving to b7. Or, wait, .... I see I would be having a mate in one after it. Yes, yes, thanks for this!
