How does Game Report define Blunders, Mistakes, and Inaccuracies?

Title says it all. In this game a piece hung, or 400+ centipawn loss, was only a mistake, but in other games, I've seen less defined as a blunder. It also seems like even if you're down a lot, if you stumble into a forced mate, the game report defines it as a blunder.

I can only imagine it’s the computer making the decisions. Remember, these things can play 25+ moves ahead on both sides and make millions of calculations per second. It confuses me too but a computer can see into the future, so to speak. What might be an inaccuracy in game A may be a blunder in game 2. Depending on the positions of the pieces I’d say.

Where at a point (thanks to databases and ever increasing data sets) than a computer can estimate your chance of winning based on the first move you take. Or rather according to the dataset, what your chances of winning are etc.

Blows my mind.

I am guess it is by how much worse your position actually gets
