You're not getting mated in 2. You could always move Qg2 when threatened with Qh3. Also black would also more likely go for your queen side pawns rather than attack your king directly.

The only interesting thing for white is probably Re7.

There's a few things.

1. Your opponent is not currently threatening checkmate, so there's still time to improve your position. However, in the event that your opponent does play Qh3 after Rfe1, the move you played here would obviously be the correct one, as the threat is now actually there.

2. It's not like your opponent has to play Qh3. They could do something else, such as Qa4 to attack those vulnerable pawns.

3. Doubling the rook also gives your king more room to move. Of course, it's not much, but it helps. In fact, moving the e2 rook so your king may have the option to hightail it to the other side of the board looks like it would be a good idea to me. (Key words: "to me.")
