I have a question to the more advanced of you about the evaluation of a certain move in a game against computer (ye, forgive me playing against computer 1600 but I am mediocre player :) ). This is the game: https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/computer/17762797?tab=review
So my question is about move 56. It's in a stage of the game when it's essentially over and normally I don't really care about doing the most optimal moves since my goal is just to finish the game so I can see the analisis, what kind of mistakes I have made and what I can improve. Anyway so in this case I am promoting to queen with check but according to Stockfish this is an "Inaccuracy" dropping my advantage from +60 (at move 55) to 7,4 (which is also massive). And instead of f8=Q+ it suggests the Kf6 as the best move keeping the +60 advantage. Once again I normally wouldn't even care about not doing the best move at this stage of the game but this one mesmerize me. So what's the deal with this move?
I know that every now and then Stockfish shows some nonsense. For example few days ago it told me that I made a "brilliant" move in a scenario where we just traded queens. He took my queen and I took his and apparently "there was only 1 good move and you found it". I was like - "ye, right, no sh!t bro". But with those small exceptions Stockfish is a very good at evaluating and categorizing the quality of the moves. So I wonder how is this move (Kf6) according to one of the best (if not the best) chess engine roughly 8 times better than a queen promotion with check skewering the pawn that is the closest to a threat thing (if it could be called threat at all)?
Hello fellow chess players!

So what am I missing?
