Explaining how I see chess ?....I have no regard 4 soft drawish play and no patience 4 'waiting' 4 ur opponents inaccuracies. I say if they want to snap off a minor piece and hang a rook, in a middlegame mind u, in front of a barrier of their own pawns ?....then let them....and then stir the pot. IOW, play w/ some fortitude. And anyone who feels they need to calculate everything umpteenth ? Open the dictionary and look up "speculate" and 'instinct'. U'll never, and I mean never, be a titled player w/out them.
As far as this game, I calc'ed w/out a board setup (let alone a brain box). Afterwards, I saw black's defensive play & subsequently have given black more respect. But, I would do the same OTB in any tournament at any time and I'd still allow the sacrifice - right or wrong (after intense study). Because I revel in white's counterplay.
....as you can see, I have absolutely ZERO regard for silicon-based analysis. Oh, I'll listen, but in the end, I view it as meaningless - and just plain useless.

Also, while I admire your faith in your analysis, that is so great that you can present the results as fact, I think that you should, at the very least, checked it on a board before telling everyone about an "adorable" tactic.

Anyway, I am on vacation as I am not able to frequently log on. In a few weeks I will happily play the black side of this position in a 60/30 game.
