How to deal with pawn storms?

This is a typical opposite-side castling position in the exchange french. I would love to proceed my attack without worrying for my king. What are the good moves and ideas to freeze the queenside pawn storms like this and proceed with my kingside attack?

I might take on b4 with the weak knight. Should end up being a knight and a tempo (after white attacks your queen) for two pawns. But I’m also not very good. 😅
