How to manage the opponent's knight in a bishop vs knight endgame?

Hi, I just had a game where I got in a bishop & pawns vs. knight and pawns endgame. I managed to hold the position and got into an equal pawn endgame (where I had one missed win) and the game ended in a draw against my opponent which was higher-rated.

I analysed the game with the basic analysis engine on depth 20 and it said the position was roughly equal during all the bishop vs knight endgame, which I didn't know during the game since knights can be very tricky. Here is the game in question and some notes and thoughts:

It seems like we both played precisely (we are both around the 1800s and our play was evaluated at 2300), but I still wanted to ask for feedback and strategy for B vs N endgames, if I could have move efficiently monitored my opponent's moves and play, and for some tips for that type of endgame.
