There is a setting for 'Coach' in your 'Settings', but his voice also disappears for me from time to time, including now, even though I have set the 'Voice' setting on with 'Coach'. I guess he has laryngitis.
How to turn on coach move explanations?

I have a free membership and up until a few days ago when doing a game review, would receive a coach explanation for each move. Not sure if I inadvertently turned it off or if the coach explanation is only available for paid memberships. Is there a way to turn it back on?
