How to win?

Sunshiny, that's a good line. Can white try this:
30. b6 Rxg2+
31. Kh1 a6
32. Qc3 threatening Qc7. Now I'm not sure what's best for black. 32. ... Qd8 for example might allow 33. Rxe3.

wow, I didnt see all your moves, thanks guys.
You show me i hadnt already won that game.
unfortunely, my friend played Rxe3 and lost

Fotoman, try Sunshiny's suggestion of 32. ... Rg3 threatening Qxh3# and as Sunshiny pointed out, 33. Rxg3 fxg3 is good for black.
I'm still not certain what happens after 32. Qc3 in that line.

I would agree, thanks.
The point I was trying to make was clearer in my second post that b6 is better. I think the moral to this story is: No matter what first impression a position has, always look for a way to take advantage of a weak back rank, and B6 does precisely that.
32. Qc3 Qe7
Black plans to eventually play Rg3 to move away from danger and remove the white rook defender.
30. b6 loses to 30. ... Rxg2+.
31. Kh1 a6
32. Qxe3 Rg3 threatening mate. (33. Rxg3? fxe3)
Best is:
30. Qxe3 fxe3
31. Rxf8+ Kc7
32. Rc8+ Kxd6
33. Rxc2 leaving two rooks, pawns, and king vs. queen, pawns, and king.
