Hmm you need to take care that in Dutch the king side is kinda weak so just make sure there is no tactic for your opponent like Qh5+,g6,Nxg6,hxg6,Qxh8 or something like that .But as a "c4" or English player ,dutch annoys me the most .

You can mix up the ideas sometimes depending on the position .Against London that setup would work ,but against other maybe it wont sometimes ,so just see the position and play accordingly .
if u r starting to play the dutch be sure what to do against the staunton, raphael, hopton and all other anti dutch systems
simon usually avoids all of these with d4 e6 ..but positions can get into french if white decides to play e4 instead of c4 or nf3
