I believe exf4 might have helped.

Learning beginner principles wouldn't hurt either. For example, some of the rules beginners are taught are to develop their pieces fast, not move the queen too early, and not move the same piece twice before all the pieces are developed absent a good reason. You moved your queen three times by move 7, thats a lot of wasted time. Maybe pick up a beginner chess book to teach you the beginner principles.

Or perhaps the pawn at c5 had a temporary paralysis for 1 turn and could not move.
idk why i keep losing, i literally made him put his queen back in place and then i make a few moves i thought was good and immediately regret it, was there a way i could of won agaisnt this bot
