Would you liked an in depth analysis, or a simple answer? The game was decent, there where a few questionable moves however, the back rank mate was fun to watch develop. To answer your question, you played well. 

Don't you like free pawns? 3...Nxe5 should be quite safe.

You did a good job of doing what you're supposed to do when you're up a queen and that is win the game. The quality of the game wasn't very high but you definitely played a much stronger game than your opponent.

After 9.a4 you could have played axb5 and White can't recapture the pawn because of the pin.

After 10.Nh3 you did take the pawn but you should have taken the knight (after giving a check to prevent White from castling).

11..0-0-0 was a bad move for multiple reasons. The worst thing about that move is that it wasn't Qe6+ or Qxh3.

26..Ke5?? was your worst move of the game.
