Everybody wants the old review. The new one is terrible. The UI doesn't make any sense, buttons change places between categories, other things move around. It wasn't thought out at all.
I want my old game review back.

I've already commented, but I'll do so again to echo these sentiments.
Please go back to the old review. This new one is not enjoyable to use. At all.

New game review interface is terrible. Missing several features that I liked. Please revert to former interface.

Much the same as everyone else. Its a downgrade, fat, clunky and hard to read. Just put it back to how it was.

Just got back from vacation and the new game review is giving me a headache and isn't as helpful. At least give an option to use the old review.

Agree, the new game review just doesn't seem to work. When I click on what the Best move is, it only shows one move, and then I can't work out how to show the others. How is showing me one move a help? Also, it doesn't show the name of the opening like it used to. Please revert this upgrade back to the old game review, this is just annoying to use.
i hope guys you are doing it too
I took an interim step. I sent an email asking to be removed from auto renew. I was upfront with them that I am evaluating other options.
And frankly, there are other options which have most of the features that I really liked, but not quite all. Those options are considerably cheaper than a diamond membership here, so the devs and product guy have forced us into a choice:
1. Vote with our feed (and wallets) and get most of what we want
2. Accept what we consider to be a less useful interface, and eventually these complaint threads will die out.
I took the interim step of asking to stop auto renewal in the hopes that the interface gets better in a hurry. But if not I'll be taking option 1. Its unfortunate because I really like this site.
But they have have to run their business as they see fit, and we have to make purchase decisions based on their offerings.
My guess is that "calling them" or "complaining" will have no impact, but people leaving will. With over 100million customers it is impossible for them to make everyone happy, so they will measure actions not words.

Like yourself, wiilie, I see Chess.com like an old friend which has suddenly got brain fog and the obstinacy which often goes with it.

With all the negative comments on numerous threads (my included), can anyone remember a positive comment?

I wondered the same thing and there seems to be nada.
yes, pray, pray. Who prays, anyone we know?
