Glad it's not just me who hates it. The new format completely detracts from the review process.

I agree totally.

They have no intention of changing it back
they finally replied to my complaints and said they will not change it.
I have cancelled my membership and refuse to pay for this review
perhaps if enough of us did this they would take the hint

Looks that don´t care at all, but for our moneys. This new system is BIZARRE and it seems the "best" they´ll offer. It´s gonna be really this?

Before the new game review, It was so easy to scroll down and see the game rating, Now there is an extra button. There is no need for this unnecessary thing.

Unfortunately they don't care. They don't care that loyal customers don't renew their membership. What was once a chess website for chess lovers, is now a money pit for them, they don't even care about chess anymore, it is just money. Sad, but that is how it is...

That's not true. The site has always had changes to designs, upgrades and modifications of existing features, etc. It's not always possible to please everyone and make features that work equally well, from a design standpoint, across all different skill levels, from rank beginners, players looking for improvement, to serious tournament players and masters.

Staff have take and continue to accept feedback. While not all suggestions are going to happen, there have been changes based on feedback and likely will continue to be. One of the main goals is growing the game.

Plus there are lots of typos in almost every single game that I review (the coach comments)

Or sometimes it's in quotation marks. And sometimes it says sentences as though they were questions, even though it's just a sentence.

The coach voices are a good feature, but aren't perfect, I think they should use human voices instead of AI, sometimes it messes things up or has too much of a delay between words or sentences.

Greedy! I had to upgrade from Gold to Platinum just so I can get “Move feedbacks”. It wasn’t enough that you only offered one game review a day for gold members, but you had to also start cutting back on the actual features provided in the game review itself. Wow! The old format was much better even without the move feedback. What happened to the retries and now you can’t get rid of these green arrow showing you all the best moves. Best part about the game review was trying to figure out what was the best move now you can’t even do that.

You can disable the Show Best Move option in settings and that will also allow retries.
