Ultimately, when I blundered there at the end, it was because I was going to be late for work and he refused to adjourn (finish later). Also I only had 30 seconds of clock (20 secs / turn).
QUESTION: Did I have a winning shot starting at move 16? At that point I had only about 10 minutes of clock.

With 16. c3 he played Nf5. Consider move 17 - What could I have played to win? I played Qf3, he returned with Qc6. I felt like I could have WON this game!
