Can someone let me know if i ran into a computer glitch, or if I just played great?

I'm so excited to beat the 2000+ computer... I hope it wasn't a glitch!

15. Bh6 b5?? 16. Qxg7#

Computers tend to make obvious blunders such as this. I'm afraid it was a glitch.

I noticed that... I was pretty sure i had the winning combo going... so i chalked it up to... there was nothing the computer could do.

Thanks for the feedback

Black has a simple Rf7 move and he's better - there's no way to continue the attack and your pawns are just a big mess

If this was in Live chess... it cant be possible, cos Computer - Hard is rated 1700 and Computer Impossible is 2000... therefore it has to be in the "Play against the computer" option on the toolbar. That computer is not well programmed or rated, the *hard* should actually be rated less than 2000.. cos its not so good. even ive played matches against it and won.

You caught the computer looking at internet porn instead of protecting its king. Other than the 15... b5 blunder, you were in pretty bad shape.

Look at it like beating up muhammid ali. You beat the 68 year old with parkinsons disease version and not the 25 or 35 year old heavy weight boxer version.

Sorry to disappoint you, but the computer played an incredibly bad game. He should have played 15. Rf7 and he would have been better.

Computers fail at playing easy difficulties. Playing a computer on the hardest difficulty plays almost naturally (but with good tactics and bad position/strategy), but when a computer tries to play below their best, they make about 4/5 moves like a grandmaster and then 1/5 moves they will just make a horrible blunder.
