Is it possible to get 100% accuracy

I played a game where only five moves were made, because my opponent blundered terribly. Here is the game: https://www.chess.com/game/live/17253715151

It shows I made three book moves and two best moves, which was all. Still it gave me 98,7 accuracy. First question is why not 100 and is it even possible to get 100 accuracy?

Yes, usually in short games where your opponent makes an early severe mistake and you can get forced mate very quickly.

If you Play e4 and your opponent resigns you have 100% accuracy

I know a friend who got 100% in a 15+ move game.

I am a low elo player an i got 100 accuracy in about 5 or 6 games without the opponent quitting on me. I used variations of the Fried Liver attack. But it's a little paradoxical , if you're low elo you can get that perfect game more often than if you're a high elo player. I just learned how to use an opening and followed the rules of it, whereas when playing against higher tier players , your book moves are likely to not work because they know the book moves that counter yours.

Yeah I used the fried liver too.
