Only if you are using stockfish or another AI that is built to do the best moves.
Or, if you have ever studied chess.
Well it takes some luck cause chess.com isnt the best for accuracy accuracy (sounds redundant)
No, it is not possible to achieve 100% accuracy in a game of chess. There is always a chance that your opponent can make a better move than you anticipated and surprise you. Chess is a game of strategy and planning, and it is impossible to predict all of your opponent's moves.
explain this?
You are running into a semantic problem. One use of accuracy is vague, the other the choice of word for a black box statistic based on comparing moves made to a specific chess engine's evaluations.
It is remarkable how often people fall into the psychological trap of thinking a given word must be associated with a single well-defined concept.
I don't know what the metrics are for determining accuracy, but if it's simply how many of your moves match an engine response for example, or engine suggestion, in a 40 move chess game, even 39 wouldn't be 99%. You would need all 40 for a perfect 100% accuracy score.
I got 99.6% accuracy, but my moves were all book moves or perfect moves. Is it possible to get 100% accuracy?

Yes, it is.
Yes, I played the Fried Liver Attack and there has been five opponents who all fell for the checkmate trap in 10 moves. I got 100 accuracy in all five games. I assume if any opening theory with checkmate trap is played and the opponent falls for it it gives 100.

makes sense, I played bishops opening and got a scholars mate and got 100% accuracy.
I just got a 100% accuracy:

100% is possible if you go e4 e5 nc3 and then resign
The whole question is if its possible to have a perfect game. 9 moves is just 100% opening accuracy
