I got 99.6% accuracy, but my moves were all book moves or perfect moves. Is it possible to get 100% accuracy?

you played perfectly, but the knight sac lowered the accuracy

I played two 100% accuracy games on Friday and was playing the best I've ever played but yesterday played terrible and threw away won games. It's a reminder that I need to work on theory instead of just relying on intuition like a pianist that can play from memory and has the sheet music as a backup.

I got 100.0 accuracy in the middle game (https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/136841567916?tab=review) and 100.0 in the opening (https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/136469756774?tab=review&move=28) , but I did some inaccuracys. How?
"Maybe"? There are hundreds of examples in this topic alone. With no AI involved.
Here's my 100% game: https://www.chess.com/analysis/game/live/137306055346
This one is strange because both me and my opponent got 100% accuracy. But not very strange enough because they are book moves.
I got 100% accuracy

Amazingly I got 100% accuracy, quite a few moves too, never thought it was possible. Check out this #chess game: rambo_pawn vs Mohammedooif - https://www.chess.com/live/game/137419079280
Yes, but not all analysis programs will agree on what is the best move. Also, if you play too perfectly, you can be percieved to be a "cheater". On the other side of the coin, if one loses a lot of games (especially to much lower rated opponents), one can be accused of being a "sandbagger". It's a lose-lose situation. That's why I just play vote Chess and correspondence Chess on other sites. Of course, OTB competitions (of which I'm mostly retired from) mostly do not have this problem. In fact, many TDs in OTB events hold onto cell phones until the round is over.
