I played it like this but I feel that I only won because of my opponnents massive blunder to take the knight.

This is a theory heavy line. 6. Qf3 is not good because it just hangs the knight on g5. 5... Nxd5 is not great either because of the possibilities of 6. Nxf7 and 6. d4 (5... Na5 6. Bb5+ c6 is probably best).

But if Qf3 and Nxg5, I just take Bxd5 and play it from there. Equal exchange but my position is better.
I feel this way around it's more aggressive and better than trading my bishop because if I move 5... Na5 6. Bb5+ c6 then he's most likely blocking with his bishop and it's just an exchange. Would be nice if he'd move the pawn in the way, because then exc6, exc6, bx6+ and win a rook, but that'd also be a blunder.
I swear I saw a video on this recently but I can't find it any more. I think it was a short on youtube somewhere.

When you face stronger opponents, it's unlikely they'll play f6
