It's hard to give advice without seeing the game on a board but I have the same issue that you can't do it from a phone. But anyway I see 2.Ke2 which is ridiculous. Therefore I'm either telling you this for the first time - don't play this it's nonsense - or you know it and this game was simply a bit of fun for you in which case there is no need to give middlegame and endgame advice. You will get better middlegame positions after almost any other move 2.
