I am having problems defending this knight fork. I brought my queen out this time. Is that the right move? In an OTB I got chechmated when my opponent brought in his bishop. What can I do to stop this?

The famous fried liver atack...

There are several way to counter atack this fork you are talking about, the most popular line is this:

Besides this line there is some traps and things going on you need to be aware of, on one game I was doing this fork thing and someone played this to me, this is a counteratack on the fried liver, Do it on your own risk:

Be aware that there is lost of inside lines and variations in this counteratack so if you go for it make sure you have it well learned and as I say under your own risk.

There is also some other lines, I Used to play this next one before but changed for the first one I posted, Still I was fairy good with this next one until I started playing people on the score of the 1600s they found ways to brake this next one down, I still have afections for this line and I played it a lot,so I like it:

As I played this a lot, I kinda have a good understanding of the lines and variations and most likely I manage to survive the opening.
