Stop beating your head against the wall. Two knights and king versus king is taught in all endgame texts. The best black can do without white's error is force a stalemate.
If white had a pawn not ready to queen, black would still have chances to win. Sorry, but I'm too tired to copy down the moves. Look it up in a tablebase. Wikipedia explains it pretty well. Here is a nice win with the weaker side having a pawn:
