Lost the game on move 14

My position was fine until I made a mistake on move 14. After that, things fell apart quickly. I would like to know what I should have played instead, and whether there was a chance to save the game after my mistake. This was an OTB game, 90 minutes with a five-second delay. I still had more than an hour when I resigned, so time pressure was not a factor. I have not done the computer analysis. 

This loss maintained my perfect record of losing every tournament game I have played against anyone rated 2000 or higher.
