Not bad. Opponent didn't put up much of a fight, but still not bad. And the Q trade was correct IMO. Some would say to keep the Q to attack, but it's a simple win to exchange down when you're up a piece like that. Good game.

To expand on knig22's answer, yes you should exchange queens. But since you have his queen pinned to his king, you should have made him spend the tempo on the exchange: 17. Bxc4 Ke7 (or 17...Qxb5 18. Bxb5+) 18. Qxd7+ Kxd7 is the same position reached in the game with white to move not black. This is meaningless with the extra piece, but 17. Bxc4 was a better move.
Overall game advice would be appreciated.
