11. e4 weakens your dark squares but strengthens your light squares.
An idea would be to move your f1 rook to e1 and later on push your e-pawn to e3 to try to trade off the pawn and attack the black backward pawn on e5.
Your opponent still had a fight going but gave up too quickly.
When you said that you are putting pressure on your opponents center, you must have thought that the e4 and d5 light squares were key squares for black when he was just fine without them (he was controlling the dark squares e5 and d4).

I just tried the Reti opening and it seems to be pretty solid. However, I think I was little weak in the middle any suggestions for improvement?
