My last chess game I messed up

The last chess game I played before posting this message, I was winning, I was doing very well, and then I screwed up big time and lost. Maybe its this Coronavirus crisis that's interfering with my thinking so Im not doing so well but if anybody could analyze the game and tell me exactly why I screwed up that would be much appreciated.

With chess I have my good days and my bad days. Sometimes I do really well but sometimes Im on a losing streak. As I said, an analysis of my last game would be much appreciated.

Not sure what your last game is.  Of your 8,560 (!!!) chess games, I don't see any more recent than April 7th.  Would be odd if someone that has played 8,560 games would still be dwelling on one completed a week ago.  Nonetheless, lets take a look at it:

Dropping your queen by your 13th move was a major error even though you got lucky and he didn't notice.  Castling on move 16 was also big blunder, and unfortunately he played the correct move.  I'm sure you can see that 16. be2 preserves the white advantage - black can play qxg2, and your king is stuck in the middle, but you are still up a full piece which is enough to win.  (Playing be2 on move 15 would have avoided any of these issues and been even better.)
