I took a look at your game in analysis. After some thinking, taking the rook is actually put higher -4.3 than your move -4.0. Game review tries to balance speed with depth which means to computer doesn't calculate as far into the future.
The computer like your move because, after a queen trade, you have a monster attack on the king which requires some precise play to defend.
Also you can input games directly into forum posts to make it easier for readers.

It only works for pc/laptop users OR you could use the website. when typing, you will see a few buttons on top of the place where you write messages. click on the left most one and it will open up a chess board. you can paste a pgn, fen or link and it will use the pgn/fen to put a game on to the board next to the controls. click ok/save (i dont remember) and boom. Why does the engine agree my move 26 is best? The engine almost never agrees with me. I did that because at the moment the black bishop, knight, and one of the rooks were terrible. That move also gave my black bishop better life. There was a rook available for the taking.
