black snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. 11...c4 is the famous noah's ark trap. Other than that 4.dxe5 is probably best.
Always wondered about the term "Noah's ark". As the animals went willingly onto the Ark why would a trap apply? Ah, but I digress.
2...Nc6 the best black can do is transpose into a Ruy, which is not terrible. I think Pirc with Nf6 and g6 is better.
3.d5 looks like an interesting idea. If Ne5 then f4, if Nb4 then maybe c4 and Nc3.
3...Bg4 looks like it is more in the spirit of the opening followed by e6.
After e5 it goes to Ruy and there is plenty of analysis available.
I believe you're thinking more of Scholar's Mate. Fool's mate involves no attacking piece but the Queen (minus the pawn that let the Queen exit).

I have seen two explanations:
1. It is the oldest trap in the book ''as old as Noah's Ark''
2. Black's pawn structure vaguley resembles an ark.
I think #1 seems more likely
