Really good! And nice job with the annotations. Your opponent didn't make any outright blunders but he played a rather inert game (as one would expect given his rating) that left you all the initiative. However, your c4 under any circumstances is is a wonderful move! That's a genuinely creative move.

You did make an error in your notes, I think. You say you noticed 14.Nxb5 and noted that he had 14...Na2+ to refute it, but that move fails to 15.Bxa2 doesn't it?

I would've played 7.d5

Thanks for posting this. Good game. Had black played 13...Na5 your defence may have been compromised.

Nice combo. A classic example of preponderance of attackers vs available (or "unavailable", as it may be) defenders. I liked your finish. :)

Interesting, if your B were still on Bb3 and his Q on Qd8 just before Rxh7+. Then looks like the Rxh7+ would still win, as a Rook Sac after Kxh7 Rh1+ etc, playing to mate.

Good game. Your opponent made most of the mistakes:) Most of yours were simply not putting him out of his misery sooner.

Just a note, instead of the strange 5...Ne7, black can make some use of his pawn on f4 while it's still there with 5...Qh4+. This isn't a spite check. Your king will have to move (g3 fxg3 is just won for black...so of course you won't do that) and that gives black at least some compensation for the other factors in the position. perhaps enough compensation (perhaps more than enough...).

So 5...Qh4+ 6.Ke2 d6!? (to release the bishop in the direction of that loose king and it's an interesting game.

After his strange passive reply (5...Ne7), you just take complete control of the game and you do not let go:)

One other thing: there's no arguing your opinion in the end of the variation you give for 21...f5, that white is better (still winning, actually). It's just that white can deviate in mid variation and change that evaluation to another immediate slaughter:

There's more than one way to crush black immediately by playing differently than your line, one is:

22.g4 (why play ep every chance?) and it's immediately over:)

Well, seems that your opponent is losing tempo from the get go. The interesting note is that you posted 3...exf4 bad. I think it's not as bad considering that this is similar to the main line of King's Gambit which is often considered by many as better for black (of course, if white knows how to playing it, it's devastating for black - check as example Anderssen's "immortal game"). The  problem, I think, is that black lost a lot of tempo after 5...Ne7. Also considering knight's sacrifice in an open game with white's weakened f-file is doesn't sound as crazy to me (see attached variations). In the actual game, better options would've been 5...Qh5+ or 5...c5. BTW: 25...Qxg6 it looks like a dubious move, especially when black has connected towers. Perhaps, a better move would've been 25...hxg6 opening the h file for the rook at f8.
