I think you shouldn't listen the computers in the opening. They can find the tactical moves, not the opening moves.

I like cxd5 much better - Black will have an easy target on b2 and a simple plan of pushing his center pawns where White doesn't have much at all.
The computer recommend taking with the e-pawn here instead of with the c-pawn. Why is that? It seems very anti-positional.
