Recent tourney, round 3.

This is my round 3 game from the Open this past weekend.   This one, once I got through the opening I was just utterly lost.   I stuck it out for a good while,  with no clear idea what I was doing.  

I think I've spotted most of my blunders here,   and I am definitely playing fast and loose with my material, and need to address that.    Any other pointers, thoughts?
