Well, it is not true because I say it is, but if you look at his stats... He played at 97 % vs. me, he since then has 96, 99, 99, 97, 99, 99, 95, 89, 88, 91, 95, 98, 99, 99, 99. In the match vs. me he spent approx 10 seconds every move except for 2 where he took about 30-40 seconds each.

Which 2 games are you talking about? I only see one.

What does my comment say? See the first sentence.

I would like to see the 2 games sir. Either present them or shut up.

I used the link you provided to access the player's games. You can do the same.

OP is a Zionist, it doesn't matter.

If it's a persistent stats thing, it probably is suspicious. Sometimes people get lucky. I know a few games I've played I thought I did horrid but my accuracy was pretty high and it made me question how I pulled it off.

As a psychologist I imagine you took a probabilities course in order to do research. Chess has 10^120 move possibilities per game. We're not talking about lucky wins here. The games in question were played with engine precision by the opponent. Even the world champ himself can't beat the engines. Do you think the opponent lucked himself into 50-80 move masterpieces with those kind of odds?

No, not at all. If it's a persistent rating of "best possible move" or "brilliant" in every single play of every single game, there's a machine or guide involved. I was mentioning a personal experience where a single game I had higher accuracy and had no clue how I did it. But, it seems this isn't a single case game and the player in question probably is using an engine.

I agree that we all get lucky sometimes. But I think this guy is violating chesscom policies and the OP is correct to be suspicious and report.
