Setting strength/rating of engine in game analysis

I use various tools to analyze games (here and elsewhere), but I'm a relatively new serious player playing other beginner/mid-level players, while the engine is considering how good or bad a move is using the full strength of the engine. This isn't very helpful to me. A move may be really stupid if playing against a computer with full strength but may not be as bad against a player in my range. And vice versa. I've been trying to look for some sort of analysis tool where I can specify the strength or rating of the sides playing and have it consider the moves and overall evaluation using those ratings. Does something like this exist?
