Those were some impressive games. It's always inspiring checking up on this thread. Chess players need inspiration.

This game is among my best when it comes to attacking ideas. I played it against a higher rated opponent too.

Here is the entire game:

I played a brilliant move in this game. I think I have done one more before, but I am proud of it.

However, a lot of luck was involved. I didn't find it because I was smart, but because I was lucky. I was running out of time, and behind in material, so I just decided that, with very minimal analysis, that I would sac my rook and see what happens

I mean I knew that my queen and rook would get involved and that it would create trouble for white, but I didn't fully analyze everything before I played the move, so it wasn't a risk-free move

26... Rxb2 is the brilliant move

That's a beautiful move to make! It appears that the king is safe but that's just an illusion, which an "unnatural" move like giving up a rook for a pawn proves. Your game reminds me of one of mine, where i also sacrificed a rook for a pawn to create a mating attack against the enemy king (move 25):

Nice. It's so fun when you actually notice the tactics in the game and get an opportunity to use them.

The problem is that you have to keep looking on every single move, which can be exhausting. You also have to be careful of potential duds.

But you find 'the one', and not just a simple fork or check, but a full blown puzzle, and you implement it, and everything goes according to plan, it is one of the best feelings in chess, in my opinion

I never played any brilliant moves. One time my opponent did though:

4gon3

my opponent played an absolutely brilliant/incredible/astounding move against me today... can someone tell me how it's brilliant???

CrookedRook13

I had one in bullet with very few seconds left but I can’t find the game.

CrookedRook13

It says best move now but it said brilliant earlier.

Here's another one, but this one's from a puzzle I made, not a game played:

Ne6 is marked brilliant.

It feels great to be one of the people to have made a brilliant move
