I just ended a short game in an agreed draw. Did I play this game well and was it good to offer a draw? Or should I have played on.

I think black was in a winning position there, and you should've at least tried for a win and seen what happened.
This looks better for black. Black has more space, black also has more squares that are available and whites position is incredibly cramped. Also the white king is near the centre of the board.
You could also have prepared a way to get your knight onto d3 where it would be deadly.
The next moves I would have been thinking of would be rook to f7, bishop to f8 and then to b4, trade bishops, and then knight to b4 then d3.
