Sicilian Dragon game

Hey all, I played in a 15|10 tournament tonight.  Lost 2 games to come 3rd.  I'd never really faced the dragon before so ended up in time trouble after taking too long in the opening.

I'll post the game now then analyze tomorrow.  Any help is appreciated.

Hi. This is definitely not the Dragon, where the black bishop has to be on g7. I think White made a mistake with the maneuver Bh4-Bxf6.. if you want to keep the bishop, keep it, if you want to exchange it, exchange it, but do not change the plan in one move.. after that I would play 13.Nd5 , getting the knight on a good square. I wouldn't allow to open my kingside by ..Bxc3. after 15 Bc4 the game is decided..

Good point about the bishop being indecisive, I think I was worried that he could potentially play Nxe4 after 10.Bh4 and win a pawn due to the discovered attack on the bishop aong with the attack on my queen.  Maybe it's better to move the bishop back to f4/d3 once the pin is broken?

Bxc3 is nasty as my king is exposed, probably better just to develop the light squared bishop, connect rooks then look to play Nd5 like you said.
