I'm currently taking part in a small chess.com tournament. I haven't played correspondence chess in a while, concentrating on blitz, so I made several moves that could probably do some good in blitz but didn't work so well in a longer game.
The first game is some sort of Poisoned Pawn in French Winawer. After the complications ended, the game was probably drawn, but I made a mistake and lost.
In the second game, I sacrificed a rook. The move probably would have been worthy of Tal, if only I didn't make a couple of typical mistakes described long ago by Ilyin-Zhenevsky.
And here, I sacrificed two minor pieces for rook and two pawns, failed to convert my passed pawns, but put up a good defence and managed to snatch a draw.
